Event Terms and Conditions

Unless noted otherwise in the Workshop Description, the following Cancellation Policy applies: 

The attendee is responsible for payment in full prior to attending the workshop unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS received at least 3 or more business days prior to a workshop will receive full credit for a future workshop, if prepaid. CANCELLATIONS made less than 3 business days before a workshop will be charged the full registration fee. SUBSTITUTIONS arranged by the original attendee (please promptly advise VMEC) are encouraged and desired. NO SHOWS will be charged the full registration fee, without exception.
