Are you a high school junior or senior, new hire or someone looking for a career change? Join this 2-week training program designed by industry and instructors to prepare participants for entry-level jobs in advanced manufacturing that require levels of skills and knowledge that are nearly unparalleled in other industries.

Training for this type of work environment must be immediate, consistent and intense but also allow for mistakes and learning in a supportive educational environment. The River Valley Technical Center (RVTC) CNC Boot Camp model has been developed to provide such an environment. Combining strong academic/ theoretical components with “high-touch” learning, attendees will experience the pressures of high precision/ high production manufacturing in a setting that is learner-centered rather than product-centered.
