VMEC News Release – VMEC Hires Phil Chadderdon and Chris Paulk
as Manufacturing & Business Growth Advisors
Randolph Center, Vermont – The Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center (VMEC) is pleased to announce the addition of Phil Chadderdon and Chris Paulk to its team as VMEC Professional Manufacturing & Business Growth Advisors.

Phil is experienced implementing Lean manufacturing transformations, ISO certifications and business development systems. He has hands-on experience in both small and large companies in industries that include papermaking, nonwovens, electrical insulation, electronics and metal fabrication. In addition to his full-time work at VMEC, Phil serves on the Northern Vermont University Business Advisory Board and serves on the Town of St. Johnsbury Economic Restructuring Committee. In addition to supporting VMEC manufacturing clients in their continuous improvement journeys, Chris will be a resource in the areas of cybersecurity and in the deployment of “Manufacturing 4.0” technologies. He will be assisting VMEC clients implement automation solutions, technology-enabled manufacturing and digitally connected smart systems to capture new manufacturing efficiencies, competitive advantages and business growth opportunities.
