Strategy Deployment is often described as Standard Work for management. Do you struggle with aligning and focusing your organization towards that plan? Or does “routine” work to get in the way of executing against your strategic objectives? Participants are introduced to the planning process used by leading lean practitioners around the world and to the tools critical to effective Strategy Deployment and examples of their use. Strategy Deployment is a disciplined process using the scientific method of Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) to:

Define the vital few goals of the organization
Focus and align all levels of organization towards the achievement of those goals
Use simple, proven problem solving techniques to review performance against the goals.

After the workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to schedule a complimentary on-site, ½ day planning and coaching session with a VMEC advisor to lay the foundation for implementing strategy deployment in their organization.
